The The Executive Director is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership for a senior living community, focusing on operational management, goal setting, and long-term growth. This role involves guiding a team in a positive environment that encourages open communication and leads by example, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in resident care and well-being.
The Executive Director is accountable for managing staff, facilitating their training and development, and enhancing the resident and family experience and satisfaction. They will oversee resident occupancy management, ensure compliance with regulations and budgetary requirements, and lead community initiatives, as well as sales and marketing activities to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Additionally, the Executive Director actively promotes Five Star's mission, philosophies, and values in all interactions with team members, residents, and families.
