Job Description:

Position Summary

As a Sr. Director Corporate FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in by leading the corporate FP&A function. Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this role will drive financial modeling and strategic decision-making process processes to support business growth and operational efficiency. As a strategic key player on the FP&A team, you will be engaging with leadership across the company as well as our PE sponsor, New Mountain Capital.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Lead and oversee the corporate budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Maintain long-term strategic financial models and cash flow models to support company-wide decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to align financial plans with organizational objectives and growth strategies.

Operational Support:
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to department heads, understanding their objectives, challenges, and key initiatives.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance on cost management, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and KPI tracking to drive insights.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Manage lender reporting requirements, including preparing financial reports and covenant compliance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of financial information to lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders.

Accurate Forecasting & Variance Analysis:
  • Develop and enhance forecasting models and methodologies to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure timely and accurate data collection for forecasting and analysis.

Team & Collaboration:
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore team members; providing mentorship and development to the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
  • 6-8 years experience in FP&A, solid finance and accounting knowledge, and strategic and analytical mindset to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Must have solid financial modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
