It offers a wide range of services, including core banking, payments, lending, and treasury management, designed to improve efficiency and customer experience. They are searching for a Project Manager in a Hybrid setting located in Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role you will be overseeing all phases of large to moderately complex projects for a specific segment of strategic initiatives, from project initiation and definition to handover for full operational support.
Qualifications:
Oversees and drives the creation of the project intake process, including defining scope, timeline, and budget.
Directs daily and weekly team tasks, tracking progress against the project plan to ensure goals are achieved within the established time frame, budget, and quality standards.
Ensures a seamless transition across all project phases, facilitating effective communication between teams, setting clear expectations, and holding individuals accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
