o Intake of all new requests review contents of the request to ensure that it meets content & authoring guidelines
o Responsible for organizing and managing end to end workflow/tasks for the Content Operations Trello/Jira boards
o Coordinate incoming requests with available Content Ops team resources. Manage communications between requesters and Content Ops team
o Make direct content updates in CMS/PIM/DAM when needed when authoring bandwidth is tight
o Report on work being done and ensure all requests have actionable directions to resolve
o Provide insights and guidance into CMS functional feasibility & requirements during content planning phase. Also provide LOE assessments for project/NPI planning
o Regularly monitor key assets of the Website to ensure proper functioning
o Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their best work and drive results.
Requirements:
o 3-5 years or more experience integrating and managing web content in CMS - Content Stack is preferred.
o Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in a CMS.
o Experience in JIRA / CONFLUENCE is a must.
o Experience with QA methods a +
o Keep up to date with UX, Analytics, SEO, Web design, and Digital Marketing best practices.
