A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer


Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration :12+ Months

Location: North
Charleston, SC




Position Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements integrated section and plans to ensure build statement of work, technical and customer requirements are achieved using Policies, procedures and best practices.
• Assists throughout the value stream to enhance build plan performance and assists first-level managers and others within the team to provide Customer Delight.
• Interrogates, interprets and communicates Engineering intent and able to provide detailed engineering intent and analysis.
• Provides on-going build plan feedback between the factory and the customer reps.
• Exhibits, and builds a team culture focused on the Values, working within the framework of One BPS to track and maintain customer satisfaction while improving skills and motivating the workforce.
• Provides input on the improvement of team business, KPIs and technical requirements, goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with the FSCC and MBU.
• Establishes partnerships and relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
• Integrate in the larger Engineering organization and function as a part of a high performing team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
• Must have a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an ABET accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and applicable experience in a professional exempt engineering classification.
• 5+ years of experience in design or manufacturing engineering in Aerospace


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
• Be flexible & adaptable in a diverse & demanding environment and work schedule.
• Ability to collaborate with both the engineering work force and the mechanics on the factory floor.
• Able to support ME activities in Velocity and CMES environment.
• The ability to interpret data and make recommendations for possible solutions.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
