This position is a central node of the pre and post sales process and requires skills in organization to track and respond to many ongoing sales process efforts. The candidate will be a strong communicator both internal and external and will need to develop a deep understanding of the technical capabilities of the ClassOne products.
Responsibilities: • Responsible for quotation and sales order generation • Responsible for order management process following the sale of a tool • Responsible to work with the Sales team and customers to gather technical details for accurate product configuration • Responsible to manage the customer specification review process • Act as the voice of the customer to recommend product or process improvements to internal groups
The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience • Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency • Customer communication experience • Semiconductor capital equipment knowledge is a plus • Experience with ERP and CRM software such as Netsuite, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus
