Job Details:

• 7+ years' experience as a Project or Program manager, ideally in the technology or consumer support industry
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills


• Draft & deliver communications related to several projects that will be shared with a variety of teams (may include emails, newsletters, slides, and live meetings)


• Track progress against milestones & deliverables, maintaining an up-to-date project plan or tracker


• Develop process optimizations and relevant documentation (SOPs, process docs, flowcharts, and training)
