Your new role

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate interior construction projects
  
  


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  
  


• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
  
  


• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
  


• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts
  
  


• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in corporate interior construction (3 years +)
  
  


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  
  


• Excellent leadership and communication skills
  
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  


• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  
  


• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management
