Job Description:

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, technicians provide and install advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security, and smart home automation. They are the trusted experts for customers, ensuring top-notch service and installation from the start.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and recommend suitable technologies.
• Install a range of smart home products such as TV mounts, sound bars, smart speakers, door locks, video doorbells, and smart thermostats.
• Perform all phases of installation.
• Provide quality service and technical expertise.
• Maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Serious about customer service and setting the example.
• Knowledgeable or eager to learn the latest technologies.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Capable of advising and recommending best solutions and products.
• Willing to continuously learn new technologies.
• Able to climb ladders, lift 60-80 pounds, and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug test, background check, and driving record check.
• Flexible schedule including weekends or evenings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols.
