About the Role: Right now, Convergence is the fastest growing, most visible priority in our company. With ambitious objectives in a competitive environment, we need a Converged strategist whose only ambition is to propel us forward to support the Convergence roadmap and strategic growth initiatives in Mass Markets Commercialization.
  • We are looking for an individual with converged strategy, business case, and volume growth execution experience. Someone who can build cases on converged growth initiatives by cohort, channels, and markets and track their performance.
  • You'll analyze the competitive landscape, customer trends, and market dynamics to identify cohort opportunities and make recommendations on tactics to drive incremental postpaid Wireless and Fiber/Internet Air volume growth.
  • You'll work alongside strategic growth and distribution peers as well as dive into the trenches with our channel partners, specifically Call Centers and Online, aligning them to the same goal--supporting and driving Fiber penetration and Converged customer growth.
  • You'll engage in analysis to develop data-informed strategies and present a multi-year roadmap, recommendations, and initiative-level performance to leadership.

Overall Purpose: Develops marketing and sales opportunities by creating strategic alliances, partnership programs with other companies and creating strategies for expanding distribution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Implements short and long-term strategies addressing opportunities to sell products through alliances/partnerships and distribution initiatives. Accountable for the revenue goal for assigned partner. Negotiates engagement in distribution initiatives and alliances with new partners. Provides direction for expense management and resource allocation based on market demands. Engages and influences partners to execute agreement and associated strategy. Provides ongoing assessment of partner needs, business drivers, and environment to guide ongoing partner development and execution. Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and provides guidance to other personnel. Addresses the broadest and most complex problems of multiple disciplines within the business unit or division. Considered an expert within the discipline.

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree.

Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Our Lead Market Development earns between $128,400 - $215,800 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
