We are searching for an enthusiastic team player with a strong passion for fine jewelry and design who will thrive in providing our retail customers an outstanding luxury experience both in person and through our website.
This position will oversee all branches of direct to consumer business and relationships including our new retail showroom and our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has experience with in person luxury retail, as well as a strong background in marketing and e-commerce in the luxury space.
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing our retail showroom, including day to day tasks such as merchandising, cleanliness, and planning and execution of in store events.
-Overseeing all Shopify orders and shipments, as well as e-commerce customer service inquiries.
Manage Shopify domain, including new product upload, site maintenance, visuals and working closely with our website developer on any updates.
responsible for all direct to consumer interactions and sales (both in person at our store, and online), from point of sale through shipment and fulfillment.
Ability to shoot content for the website and social platforms
Manage and assist in the execution of digital marketing including social media and e-commerce site. Including leading campaign and e-commerce photo and video shoots
Oversee day to day management of the retail showroom as well as large projects such as events or buildout.
Manage the marketing and email calendar and assist with execution.
Qualifications:
-Passion for fine jewelry and design
-Fine jewelry experience preferred
-Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and personable team player.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-strong attention to detail
-Minimum 3 years experience with Shopify or e-commerce site management
-Minimum 3 years of retail and sales experience
-Photoshop, illustrator, photography, photo editing and graphics experience strongly preferred.
-ability to prioritize and multitask with a proactive and positive attitude
-must be self motivated, trustworthy, team player, flexible, organized and professional
-Knowledge of Klaviyo is a plus

-Be based in los angeles and available for in person work.
-Be willing to work weekend retail shifts
-Have reliable transportation
-Position is based in our West Hollywood location.
