Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.




Job Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


• Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers.


• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.


• Performing data entry.


• Research and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, or payment related issues or discrepancies.


• Support the accounting department with a variety of different tasks

Job Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) suite and accounts payable software.


• Must be driven, self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable.


• Familiarity with accounts payable processes.


• Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively time manage and prioritize competing tasks or deadlines.

$22-28 per hour DOE
