Job Summary: Responsible for the accurate interpretation and data entry of customer orders into an ERP system ensuring correct material, pricing and delivery methods are designated in accordance with customer purchase order requirements. Also may be responsible for updating inventory records by performing necessary transactions, preparing manufacturing orders for use on the manufacturing floor and produce product nameplates as needed.

Primary Functional Responsibilities:

• Convert and enter customer requirements into ERP system ensuring the accuracy of selected item numbers, pricing and other information as required.
• Prepare manufacturing work orders made to order goods outlining operations, materials and completion date.
• Receive completed Shop Orders into ERP system ensuring accuracy of completed product and issuance of components.
• Process daily shipments by issuing material from ERP system.
• Perform related duties as directed by Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Data entry experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong mathematical and mechanical skills required; work requires considerable accuracy.
• Must be able to disseminate information from drawings or blueprints.
• 1-3 years of inventory control experience in a make-to-order manufacturing operation.
• Experience in MPS/MRP systems for inventory control.
• Must be customer-oriented and have the ability to work as a team player with others to satisfy customer requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

• Starting pay rate $23.00 per hour.
