We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Finance & Risk Regulatory reporting function within the Commercial Banking division. Role Overview



As a Business Execution Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, and Lending Collateral, to drive data transformation and remediation efforts. This position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities

• 
  Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a key data expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting.


• 
  Data Transformation: Lead the execution and delivery of data transformation initiatives across the Commercial Lending domain.


• 
  Product Backlog Refinement: Participate in refining the Regulatory Data Product Backlog, working closely with product managers and stakeholders.


• 
  E2E Data Supply Chain: Simplify the end-to-end data supply chain for Lending data, ensuring seamless regulatory reporting (e.g., FRY 14Q, FR 2052a).


• 
  Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and leadership for complex companywide strategies.


• 
  International Business: Leverage extensive knowledge of Business Execution and international business.


• 
  Stakeholder Updates: Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to enterprise stakeholders regarding root causes, costs, benefits, and risk evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• Solid analytical skills and a passion for leading transformational change.


• Strong understanding of Commercial Lending business and data domains.
