Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a pivotal role in managing data, performing analysis, developing visualizations and dashboards, and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements for Advancement operations. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes, enhance data interpretation, and support key organizational objectives.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (finance, math, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related area).
1+ years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Ability to translate data-driven insights into presentation-ready outputs.
Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) are a plus.
Job Duties:
80% - Data Systems and Analytics:
Develop, administer, and manage data decision tools and web applications used in Advancement.
Perform analytical and reporting tasks, including building and maintaining visualization reports, dashboards, and complex Excel models.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
20% - System Administration:
Develop and support various web, data management, and visualization applications used in Advancement.
Provide coding, administration, and content updates as required.
Support data quality maintenance initiatives and act as the Data Steward for the Business Intelligence team.
Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Tableau, and other relevant Business Intelligence tools.
