We are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Director to lead strategy and operations within the Tuning Category at one of the largest and fastest-growing publicly traded performance automotive companies in the industry. This position is located in Nashville, TN or Ogden, UT. Relocation assistance will be provided.
In this role, the Director will oversee sales, marketing, and product development across all products and brands within the Tuning Business Unit. The Director will collaborate closely with C-level leadership to develop both short-term and long-term strategies, aligning product development with revenue generation. The Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies and enhancing brand visibility through marketing initiatives and driving the introduction of new products that resonate with customer needs and market trends.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within the market segment is required, along with a proven track record of leadership. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions to guide product improvements.
