?$75K full-time salaried position. Includes paid time off. Does not include health benefits. Hybrid position: three days in office in Leesburg Virginia / two days virtual each week.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Management
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
• Conduct research and create systems and processes to support implementation of new initiatives.
• Equip leadership for effective decision-making through tracking and analyzing key performance data to accurately measure growth and support operational decision-making.

Administrative Support
• Manage and maintain executive's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and prioritize executive's daily activities to ensure efficient use of time.
• Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the executive team.
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, coordinating logistics, and preparing meeting materials.
• Take minutes during meetings, manage Asana project task assignments, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.

Client Care/Hospitality
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and business, scheduling clients for therapy, intensives, workshops and special events.
• Oversee client events creating an exceptional experience from first contact through entire event.

Office Management:
• Oversee the administrative functions of the office, including maintaining supplies, business documentation, equipment, and facilities.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Customer service experience along with excellent phone and people skills.
• Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in the following is required: MAC OS; Word/Excel/PowerPoint along with ability to learn new technology and applications easily.
• Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality regarding Protected Health Information.
