Our client, a successful, fast growing financial advisory firm, is looking for a Wealth Management Associate to join their team. The firm has expertise in wealth management and investment management.
As a Wealth Management Associate you will be passionate about developing relationships with clients. This role is an instrumental component of a successful investment advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
Improve client experience to facilitate organic growth of the practice.
Actively document all notes and action items, ensure all commitments made are completed in a timely manner.
Successfully manage a high volume of emails, calls, and/or tasks with a positive attitude, including but not limited to establishing client profiles and opening new accounts; tracking and reporting on incoming, outgoing, and internal asset transfers, and preparing authorization documents for establishing and updating accounts.
Ensure regulatory compliance is followed.
Process Required Minimum Distributions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2+ years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a client service role.
Comprehensive knowledge of the investment industry.
Experience with CRM systems.
Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to express ideas and thoughts in a clear and professional manner.
