JOB DESCRIPTION



Wood is seeking an "Expression of Interest" for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site based Project Administrator to support the Operations & Maintenance contract for our LNG terminal in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, preferably within the energy sector.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Key Responsibilities:


  • Documentation Management: Maintain all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

  • Cost Tracking: Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Schedule Maintenance: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internal and external.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Quality Control: Coordinate quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for project-related activities, including travel arrangements and equipment procurement.

  • General Responsibilities:
    • Process timesheets.
    • Organize Contractor Personnel inductions.
    • Support Owner Administrative personnel where required.
    • Process orders, including PPE and consumables.
    • Conduct all administrative requirements to support Contractor Personnel and the provision of Services.






QUALIFICATIONS



Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the energy sector.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LNG terminal operations.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
