Wood is seeking an "Expression of Interest" for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our LNG terminal in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance supervision, with a proven track record in managing maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the Facilities Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Owner Maintenance Services Superintendent.
Daily Briefings: Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings to ensure team readiness and safety.
Schedule Management: Ensure the execution and compliance of maintenance schedules.
Incident Investigation: Provide inputs for incident investigations to improve safety and operational procedures.
CMMS Updates: Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with accurate and timely information.
Reporting: Prepare and manage maintenance reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Equipment Management: Oversee the certification, management, and accountability of all maintenance equipment.
Procedure Adherence: Ensure the team adheres to all established procedures and processes.
Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of the maintenance team, providing feedback and support as needed.
Timekeeping: Handle time writing and timesheet management for the maintenance team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
NCCER Industrial Maintenance Supervisor certification or equivalent.
Certified in a relevant trade.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in using CMMS and other maintenance management software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
