About the Role:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Redmond, WA

Summary:

We need an Administrative Assistant who performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

This role will contribute to Calendar management for one executive / Headcount management / Budget management / team support / equipment / team morale and opening reqs.

Job responsibilities:

25% calendar management, 5% meetings, 40% equipment and team support requests, 10% PCN headcount /budget management/opening reqs/tracking new hires and needs, 10% random/special projects requests, 5% assist manager with PowerPoints, helping write email, 5% event planning.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required
  • Experience with Calendar Management using Outlook
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with Equipment support

Salary Range: $ 55,000 - 65,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
