Job Description:
Urgently looking for a Help Desk Support Technician for our client in Louisville, KY.
Title: Help Desk Support Technician
Hourly: $30 per hour
Duration: 2-3 months
Responsibilities:The FE will complete the following work onsite:
- Gathering information from branch staff via phone calls or email
- Imaging desktops
- Creating windows profile
- Installing software
- Creating install tasks for the desktop so our CMDB stays accurate
- Packing up, and shipping out PC's to ADI branches
- Receiving shipments back from the ADI branches
- Receiving assets back into stockroom into our CMDB
- Finalize decommission of the asset
- Ship asset back to Dell
Must-to-Have:
- 5-7 years of hands-on Help Desk support experience
- Good knowledge and expertise with Office 365 and OneDrive backup
- Experience in imaging and ticketing system would be an added advantage
- Good communication skills as they would be interacting with our branch sales folks
- Ability to lift 25lbs
