Job Description:

• Create and implement a strategy to enhance market development through professional education and innovation awareness.
• Collaborate with various teams to design and deliver sales strategies and training programs for customers on company products.
• Ensure consistent communication with sales and marketing leadership to align priorities and optimize training effectiveness.
• Identify sales opportunities and adjust training programs to address gaps, continuously tracking their effectiveness.
• Manage customer educational initiatives and oversee new product launch training while maintaining budgetary constraints and resource efficiency.

• Over 10 years of experience in Clinical/Medical Education/Sales Training.
• More than 5 years of experience in people management.
• Required experience with Class 3 medical devices.
• BS/BA degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
• Ability to assess comprehension and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strong teaching and leadership skills, adaptable to various learning styles, especially for adults.
