Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales engineers during customer visits across our territory.
Investigate customer requirements, resolve issues, and increase product sales.
Develop expertise in our electromechanical product line, including servo motors, drives & controls, stepper motors, actuators, gearboxes, robotics, variable frequency drives, and more.
Utilize servo, motion, and industrial control technologies in customer machine designs.
Offer patient and positive support to customers, assisting them in understanding our products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing our industrial automation, motion, and control solutions.
Daily activities include identifying customer needs, providing system design assistance, preparing quotations, and offering startup support.
Requirements:
Technical degree in automation, electrical, or mechanical disciplines
Exposure to electric servo, motion control, PLC, actuator, precision gearbox, precision rail, and robotic industrial technologies
Genuine interest in technology and electromechanical systems
Preferably, 1 to 2 years of experience in automation technologies, industrial machinery, or robotics is ideal.
Must be a US Citizen-no H1B Visa candidates.
Compensation:
The salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 - DOE.
