Position Overview: The Senior Associate will play a critical role in the investment banking team, contributing to all aspects of deal execution and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a strong focus on M&A in Industrials or Energy.
