Salary: $130-140K Based on Experience
Requirements: Bachelors Degree with Professional Land Surveyor license and 8+ years of experience

What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate with project engineers and project managers on field work requests
Maintain quality control and quality assurance protocols
Advance efficiency through training and other means such as newer technology
Manage and direct survey field crews
Prepare proposals and presentations
Analyze and process boundary and ALTA Land Title Surveys and prepare legal descriptions
Track project budgets and manage deadlines
Work directly with clients to ensure scope and deadlines are met, addressing needs and concerns
What You Need For This Position
Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or similar field
Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland required or ability to obtain
8+ years' experience in land and topographic surveying
Strong communication skills with clients and in-house project engineers/managers
