Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with an established portfolio of clients, directly contributing to the success of their organizations.
Lead complex tax engagements across multiple industries.
Manage staff workflows and deliverables.
Oversee preparation of complex tax returns.
Supervise tax engagements from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and client satisfaction.
Coach and mentor junior tax staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
CPA / EA or JD
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of relevant tax regulations.
