Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with accounting, AP/AR, and FP&A teams to streamline financial operations.
Leverage your Netsuite experience to assist in integration and data mining processes.
Manage ITC transactions and take ownership of recent changes under the IRA.
Help drive the company's growth by assembling draw packages and requesting additional capital for various projects.
Contribute to our company's PE-backed growth by offering insights into exit strategies and maximizing returns.
Lead finance efforts for portfolio companies, managing project-specific debt under the umbrella company.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in renewable energy (especially wind, solar, or biogas).
Strong familiarity with ITC and the IRA, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred).
Knowledge of PE-backed companies and successful exits.
Portfolio-level debt experience is a strong plus.
Longevity in previous roles, reflecting strong cultural fit and commitment.
