Their Head of FP&A is searching for an analyst to join the team as they continue to scale. In this role, you will make a tangible impact and will have exposure to executive leadership, work on live M&A deals, and have the flexibility that is hard to come by these days.

Responsibilities:
Track and report actual expenses and revenue vs. budget and determine/report on root cause for variances to budget
Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Develop into a trusted finance business partner across all business units, assisting in analytical support across all product lines.
Assist with annual budget preparation and supporting analysis
Own preparation and augmentation of monthly metrics package that is utilized by executives and members of the board to enhance strategic decision making
Maintain and improve complex billing models and product line analysis for Land, BPO, and Transportation business units.
Utilize financial modeling, data analytics tools, and NetSuite ERP system.
