Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking two Project Managers, one in their St. Louis, MO office, one in their Charlotte, NC office.

Summary:

• Manage scope and schedule in coordination with IT delivery teams, project's executive status


• Manage and control aspects of project delivery (triple constraint)

REQUIREMENTS:

• PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt, or higher required


• Practical project management experience (4 years) with full responsibility for project delivery and management


• Experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or AGILE), Network/Servers, Support, and application maintenance a plus


• Self-starter and who can think like an owner and can learn and understand what makes the business customer tick so that they can anticipate needs and issues


• Ability to manage triple constraint and PM fundamentals


• Ability to organize and manage tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to critically analyze business situations and develop solutions


• Ability to build high performing teams


• Ability to clearly and accurately communicate at a project and executive level


• Competency with PM tools and techniques (word, excel, ppt, Visio, project, etc.)


• Desire to learn and be part of the solution


• Organization and communication


• Relationship building and critical analysis

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
