Our mission in Clean Technologies is to deliver clean air to the world. We do so by supporting our customers in their green transitioning and reducing their environmental footprint. We currently offer three technologies: mist elimination, mass transfer and VOC that form the core of zero emission systems and abatement systems. These systems are primarily supplied to the Power Industry, Hard-to-Abate Industries and Marine Industry. These industries are also among the ones with the largest potential to contribute to a sustainable world.


Clean Technologies in the U.S. is seeking a Sales Manager candidate. Munters - Clean Technologies division, specializes in the abatement of volatile organic compounds (VOCS) from industrial processes. With manufacturing located in Amesbury MA, we support system sales in North America and support component sales globally.


To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking to add a full time, Sales Manager Position responsible for system sales of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) products in the Americas Region, with a focus on the semiconductor and electronics markets.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



Sales Manager for Munters Clean Tech - VOC Systems, to focus on the semiconductor and electronics markets with the North America region. These sales may be direct to end users, to OEM's, EPCs, or through independent sales reps. These products will be manufactured in Amesbury, Massachusetts. This position will communicate cross-functionally to engineering, operations, and service. This position will require travel to meet with customers, representatives, and trade shows. Ideally we would like this person to be located close to our Amesbury, MA facility but we are open to where this person is physically located.



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



  • Sales management and development of the US semiconductor and electronics market for VOC products.

  • Qualify leads, review customer specifications, and prepare equipment selections, pricing, and proposals to meet customer needs.

  • Serve as a primary customer contact through the sales cycle including, sales and technical presentations, proposals, deal closing, and contract terms negotiations.

  • Develop, plan, and manage efforts to achieve annual budget targets.

  • Maintain and update customer databases

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including literature, case studies, marketing campaigns, and other lead generating activities.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities.

  • Provide structured input to new product development opportunities and market trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, service, and R&D.

  • Provide input to monthly order and revenue forecasts, as well as pipeline projects.

  • Travel and lead sales meetings with clients and attend trade shows and industry events.




QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to comprehend complex concepts.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented, ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering preferred.

  • Experience with the semiconductor industry preferred

  • 5-10 years' experience in VOC equipment Sales or equivalent.




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Travel up to 50%, North America
