Spanish Multinational Corporation is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Texas developing museum contents.
In this role, you will:
Analyze and control the project's technical documentation related to the project development department and activities within the company's contractual requirements and procedures.
Preparation of documents for the client according to the project's specific procedures.
Definition of documentary processes.
Analysis and control of all technical documentation related to the execution department and project activities within the company's contractual requirements and procedures.
Participation in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the project's document control work processes.
Participate in meetings as necessary for the subsequent drafting of minutes and reports.
Validation and verification of document quality.
Management of supplier documentation.
Manage all aspects related to meeting preparation, as well as attending to visits received by the Project Management.
Perform secretarial and administrative functions for the Management.
Collection of signatures.
Administrative support for the project development team.
Requirements:
University Degree or Vocational Training in Secretarial Studies or Documentation.
Minimun 5 years of experience in a similar position.
English speaker. Spanish will be valued.
Organizational, communication, and flexibility skills.
