Job Description:

A well-established construction company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can lead complex projects while also providing operational support across multiple functions. The company delivers a variety of construction services, including Construction Management, General Contracting, and Owner's Representation, serving clients in diverse sectors such as municipal, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Lead project teams, including project managers, superintendents, and support staff, providing direction and mentorship to ensure high performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and change orders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal development.
  • Provide operations support, such as developing and implementing company-wide processes, supporting workforce planning, and assisting in the strategic direction of the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on all projects.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, municipal, or mixed-use construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, including project management, estimating, scheduling, and financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
