Expanding National Bank- Has an Immediate need in Fort Lauderdale
Avior Executive Search, Inc. has been given an exclusive search assignment by a well established and actively growing bank. Due to recent acquisitions along with the growth of its clients, this newly created position is a critical need for the wealth management team team. The role will be client-centric and focused on HNW & UHNW clients in the South Florida market with personalized service tailor-made for their own needs and goals.
Responsible for establishing new business relationships with high-net worth and ultra-high net-worth individuals, and maintenance of these relationships
Minimum of 5 years experience as a private banker within the South Florida business & HNW community with strong centers of influence (COI's) to build own book of business in a private banking environment.
Ability to manage existing bank relationships
Coordinate all required relevant work with third party providers (i.e., law firms, accountants, family governance, philanthropy advisors, private equity firms, custodian banks, and others)
Only candidates with a portable book of HNW & UHNW relationships will be considered
Superior knowledge of investment management strategies, processes and products, trust solutions, general financing, banking, and lending products
Demonstrated high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiations, community relationship building and execution of responsibilities
Superior quantitative and analytical skills. Outstanding organizational Proficient interpersonal communication, writing and presentations skills
Must have series 7 & 66 licenses to be considered for this position
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related field is Master's degree preferred.
