REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on data, analytics, and AI products.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of network technologies, AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful product innovation and execution.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the network, data, analytics, and AI space.
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into compelling product features and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development: Define and lead the strategic direction for network, analytics, and AI products, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
Product Innovation: Drive the development and enhancement of innovative network, analytics, and AI products, ensuring they meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire teams of product managers, engineers, and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market Analysis: Drive a deep understanding of internal and external customer experiences, pain points, product gaps, and market gaps to generate new ideas and designs that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Customer Focus: Engage with key customers and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our products deliver maximum value. Collaborate with UX to research, design, and test potential solutions to features and product backlog items.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, executives, and customer support, to ensure product alignment, successful execution, and education/evangelism around Network, Analytics, AI, Client, and LLM solutions.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success, drive continuous improvement, and achieve business objectives.
