Urgently seeking a Salesforce SOX and SOD Analyst, preferably with a background as a Salesforce Administrator. The professionals suitable for this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Salesforce systems adhere to SOX and SOD Compliance Standards. The ability to communicate cross-functionally, monitor internal controls, and maintain thorough data documentation in relation to SOX and SOD is pivotal for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
SOD User Role definition, and documenting changes related to SOD with business partners
Coordinate SOD implementations with all relevant departments and parties
After SOD implementation, conduct review of Salesforce configurations to ensure SOX and SOD compliance
Identify SOD conflicts and resolve them in a timely manner
Work with SOX auditors and provide support, based on documentation
Establish reporting mechanism, and generate regular reports on SOX and SOD compliance status within Salesforce ecosystem
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent field experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification, and proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator
Comprehensive understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Segregation of Duties
Understanding of Salesforce/SOX auditing processes
