Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Multifamily Superintendent in the Raleigh, NC region. The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
Construction Management, Project Management, and Supervisory skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in multi-family housing construction is required
Minimum 7 years' experience as a Lead Superintendent
