What we're looking for:

5-7 years of experience in Payroll applications or a corporate HRIS/IT role.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking modules.
- Functional knowledge of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules.
- Experience supporting at least one end-to-end Workday Payroll implementation or Workday Payroll PRO certification.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and data integration with internal/external systems.
- Ability to create and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Proven ability to document workflows, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, or HR) or equivalent experience.
