Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Associate in Saint Louis, MO. Our client is very motivated to find a tax candidate that is interested in working for a smaller, very family-oriented firm. They offer extreme flexibility, no weekends during tax season, and growth opportunities. This role offers business casual environment, competitive salary, and full-coverage health care for employee. This position is in office; Therefore, the client is searching for local candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses


• Maintain up to date with changes in tax legislation


• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations


• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide tax filing updates


• Other duties as assigned including accounting functions, analysis, work with investments potentially, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Open to any level of candidate from senior to manager and salary commiserate with experience


• Lots of room for growth

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
