Preferred Qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses (already licensed candidates are preferred).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Financial industry experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • A strong desire to develop financial planning expertise and pursue long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with advisors to prepare financial plans, investment allocation models, insurance proposals, and client meeting presentations.
  • Research and compare current client solutions with new opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client files.
  • Assist in client meetings and follow up with actionable steps.
  • Handle client service requests and inquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Update CRM data, manage sales pipelines, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Draft client correspondence, including letters and email communication.
