Ideal Candidate:

• Technical Program Manager (5-10 years)


• Looking to bring someone in who can upgrade their mobile presence so consumers can access their products easier


• Needs to be able to understand technical obstacles and how to plan around roadblocks


• Must be able to drive projects, not looking for a Scrum Master or someone who solely facilitates


• Strong understanding of the SDLC


• Focus on a mobile application needed

Red Flags:

• Not looking for someone with an IT background, this is app dev


• Too many years' experience - concerned about someone staying in the role if they have 10+ years' experience
