Looking for a motivated Business System Analyst with 5+ years of experience for multiple enhancements of existing Salesforce application Dealer Performance Management (DPM). This candidate should be comfortable always asking "why". The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, an expert at translating functional requirements into technical solutions, and passionate about problem-solving.
Core Duties • Be a main point of contact for assigned project or enhancement to the business stakeholders or developers • Ensure effective requirements elicitation, configuration, administration, development, and application support for our Salesforce platform to drive system improvements • Own the communication of system change, progress, status updates to stakeholders • Manage project schedule and developers' progress to meet the deadline • Provide technical support by validating reported issues, managing severity levels, creating and prioritizing backlog bug stories, ensuring they are assigned appropriately • Lead QA to assure the team deliver the requested functionality with optimized solution and business-acceptable UI/UX design

Additional Job Description or Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a business system analyst supporting Salesforce project or systems • Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge is a must, especially Salesforce Platform and CRM Analytics • Good understanding of Project Life Cycle, especially QA • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different stakeholders from both business and IT • Ability to collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. • Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce • Ability to write user story (Jira), acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
