Job Description:

The Manager of Home Equity Post Closing will be an organized and passionate leader with strong team-building skills to direct and oversee the efforts of our post-closing team. This role will be responsible for training, developing, and guiding the team. The Post Closing Manager will direct the daily work and production, ensuring a high level of quality service to members, accuracy, and timeliness in all loan transactions.

TOP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures post-closing team has the required resources to perform their daily job responsibilities.
  • Manage post-closing employee's attendance, production, work quality, conduct, development, and complete performance reviews.
  • Identify and assist with implementing process improvements within the department or across departments to elevate loan quality, employee experience, service level agreements (SLAs) and member service.
  • Complete quality assurance reviews to ensure completion and accuracy of the post-closing processes.
  • Assign daily work to the post closing team and ensure all SLAs and deadlines are met.

  • Plan and lead regular department meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • 4 years of work experience in the banking or credit union industry.
  • 3 years of management experience required.
  • Positive attitude and team oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.
