Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of early stage (primarily Series A/B) investment opportunities in applied AI across several themes - Engineered Biology, Next-Gen Compute, New Energy, New Materials, Automated Economy
Conduct thorough market research and due diligence for potential investments, including financial models, analysis and valuation
Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, corporates, and other stakeholders in the AI ecosystem
Work closely with portfolio companies to provide strategic and operational support, leveraging business operating experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a combination of business operating experience and investment/finance experience
Proven track record in leading or significantly contributing to successful investments, preferably in early-stage companies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and make data-driven decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preference for science/technology/engineering/mathematics background and experience (e.g,. BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, EE/CE, BioEngineering/BME, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics)
