Job Description:

An insurance defense firm seeks a motivated Law Clerk to support personal injury litigation in the Irvine office.



Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including complaints, declarations, and discovery requests.


• Research laws, statutes, and precedents to prepare legal memoranda.


• Organize and summarize case materials and evidence.


• Prepare trial exhibits, binders, and motions.


• Communicate with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1st or 2nd-year law student.


• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Familiarity with local, state, and federal court rules.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.


• Reliable, team-oriented, and self-sufficient.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.


• Current law student.
