Skills and Competencies
* Certification in IT Asset Management is preferred.

Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
* Asset Lifecycle Management: Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal. This involves maintaining accurate records of assets, their status, location,and users.
* Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits and inventories of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. Identify and rectify discrepancies between physical inventories and recorded assets in the database.
* Procurement and Disposal: Assist in the procurement process of IT assets, including evaluating needs, selecting vendors, and negotiating contracts. Manage the disposal of obsolete or unneeded assets in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on asset utilization, costs, lifecycle status, and compliance issues.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure IT asset management goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
About the team
We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Analyst to oversee and manage the lifecycle of IT end user hardware. The ideal candidate will possess skills data analysis, proven experience in IT hardware asset management, and a good understanding of computer lifecycle management. The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for procurement, disposal, the asset inventory, and other aspects of lifecycle management. Additionally, they will participate in the design, development, and implementation of an effective asset management strategy.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$78,500 - [[$113,750, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
